In general the service was very good! Our room was exceptional and a nice size, had feather pillows. We met responsive and especially helpful staff, helped with bags. Location: the hotel was really close to the mountains as a backdrop, the market and the gondola point, and india kashmir gulmarg.

Some people working there were very rude.

delicious breakfast with plenty of hot/cold dishes. location so close to snow clad mountains and the 2 such high gondola accessible ski slopes in the world and all the major attractions like golf course and gondola. excellent food in the indoor restaurant in the vicinity.
